As stated by Wiki for Herochat;

Herochat is not longer available, as it was available only at that time before September 2017.
Due to some reasons (i.e., Technical issues), it was closed down and removed from playstore on September 2017 so thatswhy you can't login in it if you even downloaded it from somewhere else, because it is closed. :)
