Is there a way to turn off your boxes from allowing people to interact with them. I don't really want to put 188 everstones on 188 pokemon.
Also what is the best way to complete your pokedex?

No there is no way to keep your pokemon from being interacted.

And you can complete a dex if someone agrees to help you or by bidding on auctions in the "Missing dex categories" or by trading from other users

I recommend looking at your Pokèdex and making a note of all your Pokémon you need!
I did this in my diary example here and linked it in a feed asking for any help!
Lots of people on this site are happy to help with Pokèdex filling.
The beat way is to bid on auctions or set up trades asking people for missing Pokèmon, although auctions are the beat way if you don’t want to go through the effort of making a list! C:

As Boruto said, you are not able to turn off interactions for your boxes, unfortunately. However, everstones are super cheap. If you need help buying them, don’t hesitate to ask!

There are many users who sell pokemon. Just_Another_Human, for example.

Prices may be high so make sure you have enough to spend.

If you are not in a hurry, best way is to bid on auctions in Missing Dex Entry field. There is a chance that some pokemon already have an everstone on them. Even if some do not have, then you can put one yourself!

If you need any pokemon which are super expensive(ike ditto, mew, moltres, articuno, zapdos etc.), try to borrow them from other users who already have them. however borrow only when you have already got all other pokemon required for that dex.
