Z's Notes
Forum-Index → Diaries → Z's NotesFirst, let's do the 3 basic types, fire, water and grass. The main thing is that these types all have weakness to each other.
Lets start with fire versus water. Take Greninja for example, versus Charizard.
So, it looks like this,
VS
So, attacks (Water) and it says 'That attack was super effective', which leads to taking a lot of damage or just being knocked out, as is a fire type and is weak to water type attacks.
Next, let's go with grass versus water. Let's go with Sceptile and Swampert.
It looks like this
VS
So, attacks (Grass) leading to either taking a lot of damage or getting knocked out. This shows that water is weak to grass. It will show 'That attack was super effective'
And, last of the fire, water and grass trio comes fire versus grass.
Let's take Venusaur and Blaziken.
It should look like this, VS
Again, attacks (Fire), leading to it saying 'That attack was super effective', which means will either be KO or nearly out if health. So grass is weak to fire.
Pretty much it with the three basics, let's move on to the more advanced stuff.
Swamped gets knocked out by grass because it’s x4 super effective against it, based on Pokémon go and PS, Swampert is hyper defensive and a super effective move wouldn’t knock it out unless it’s grass :P, so the Sceptile and Swampert power isn’t 100% correct, use a better example like Samurott or Inteleon
