The emerald glove sat there, clasped around the shining purple pearl that allows enderman to teleport. Erebus was clearly losing his powers, because he could no longer teleport with items that weren’t his own teleportation pearl

Reg smirked "Since Storm has the gloves, he can handle the portal sword fine and might be able to use it to assist in teleportation. We get the cloud crossbow, get a army and defeat Erebus."

“Erebus only loses power when storm uses his powers” the sword said “Erebus was greedy, and fused storms soul with his, and removed his inner ender pearl. When storm concentrated on teleporting, he used erebus’s powers, which is why space made a loud crack when he teleported. He was trying too hard, due to storm taking his powers”
