Sirens wail. Lights are flashing. Screaming. Noise. Pain. Suffering. Crying. You abandon all these sounds as you flee your city. The once glorious city on Myora is now in ruins. Fire rains down from the sky. You gaze at the place that was once your home one last forlorn time before diving into the woods. Unfortunately, it's already dark out. You climb up into a tree and quickly, fall asleep, hoping the morning will bring some comfort.

You have just escaped the burning city of Myora. You believe that you are the only survivor. After a few unfortunate days by yourself, you discover one of three groups made of survivors, just like you. After a few days in which your injuries heal, the group decides to go after something. An item, or items as the case may be. Called the tears of Myora.
