UPDATE: it now let me claim the egg, so this is resolved

So today I completed the Johto Dex, and when I checked Rowan's Lab, I do not a see a prompt to claim the MewTwo Egg. Do missions end up not letting you get the egg?

I have a mission called "Rowan's invention"

Edit: I have a another question, does it require you to have the full shiny dex as well?
