Cream saw this and grunted got up and used aeroblast at the Porygon Z, then fell back down. Cream was really injured.

Cream barely dodged the ring. He used roost to heal him. He started running, trying to get to the Porygon Z before it did something to Nightmare.

Cream used gust, but it was pretty weak. He was getting tired, and he was weak from battles before. It was basically an air conditioner.
