Hello everyone,,

I have seen conflicting information on when to evolve Pokemon and I wanted to get a second opinion. I have been waiting to evolve my Pokemon because I read an article telling me to wait until your trainer level is higher to evolve because you get a bigger CP boost without using stardust if you are a higher trainer level (I am level 25 currently)

However, I have also read that your pokemon's level does not change after evolving so if that is the case then it doesn't matter when to evolve if you are happy with their IVs and have the candies to do it. According to this information, my pokemon will have the same CP regardless of what my trainer level is if I understand this correctly.

I just want to be sure because I am tired of waiting to evolve Pokemon until I'm a higher trainer level.
