Luke has a straight face. He wasn’t really surprised that Celebi was here, based on the time incident. He just watches and doesn’t say anything.

Luke sees his younger self smiling and seeing everyone else. He walks over to them and smiles. He saw Logan crying, then asked, “What’s wrong Logan?” (this is his younger self)

Present day Luke sighs in embarrassment.
