Shock really liked this girl. Maybe he could get closer to her. He sees a human walking into the poke center and he walks in with them, hoping to blend in. He sneaks away behind a chair, which happened to be the bad man’s chair and watches the girl and man talk.

Shock breaks out of the pokeball easily and then shocks him again with a thunderbolt. “MEANIE!” he yelled in his cute Pichu voice and Pokémon language and then ran off.
