in our sprite shop we would much prefer that you pay in items the rules are that in each sprite at
The bottom there is a price tag the item that you use to pay for has to be the same amount or more than

Did you draw the base you used for Glaceon or have permission to use it? Otherwise, it's considered art theft, and all you did was add a few colors and gave it to someone.
