"N-No..."
"I thought you would have at least liked Yaoyorozu..."

Shouto Todoroki has liked his classmate, Izuku Midoriya for a while now. Christmas break comes around and he has to say goodbye until January. Or so he thought.
One Christmas Eve party.
One drink of punch.
One drunken kiss.

The anime My Hero Academia and it's characters belong to Kohei Horikoshi
The cover belongs to me
The concept is completely original for me, and if it seems to heavily reference any other story, that is completely coincidental.
Title: Chapter 1
He soon noticed everyone else had already left and quickly got up, grabbing his bag and slinging it over his shoulder. He let out a sigh as he walked out, the snow crunching beneath his feet as he walked.
Todoroki couldn’t believe it was already winter break. It felt like just yesterday he had first stepped into the classroom, remembering the way Iida had yelled at Bakugou for putting his feet up on the desk. Remembering the way the sound of students getting to meet each other for the first time echoed throughout the room. Remembering the way Midoriya had failed so badly at that quirk test. He let out a slight chuckle at that last one.
“T-Todoroki-kun!” He heard a small voice calling, looking over his shoulder to see Midoriya running up to him.
“Hey Midoriya… Did you need something?” The heterochromatic teen said.
“Y-Yeah… I um… Got you some yakisoba. You said it was your favorite, right?” He said, holding out a container of noodles.
“Soba, actually…” Todoroki responded. “But thank you.” He reached out to take it.
“Y-You’re welcome!” Midoriya said, a light dust of pink covering his cheeks. “Well, I should get back home. I’ll see you in January then!”
Todoroki nodded as he watched the greenette walk away. He felt like he had to do something, he felt like he had to stop the small boy and say something. He bit his lip, turning around and just walking home.
“Hey, Shouto! How was your day?” Fuyumi inquired.
“It was all right.” The heterochromatic teen replied.
“Still… Having trouble with that boy at school?” She lowered her voice. He nodded in response. She let out a small sigh. “Apparently, the shortcut to any man’s heart is food.” She said. “At least, that’s what I’ve heard.”
Todoroki suddenly remembered the yakisoba Midoriya had given just a quarter hour before. He smiled softly at that. “Where did ya get that?” Fuyumi asked.
“Him.” Todoroki responded. She smirked at that. “Well, I’m going to eat this before it gets too cold even for me, then I’m heading straight to bed.” Todoroki went to the dining room and sat down in his spot. He slipped the chopsticks out of the rubber band, tearing them apart as he took off the lid and began eating. It tasted better than anything he had ever had. “Wow…” He murmured.
He saw a note stuck to the lid.
‘My mother made this for you. I tried to help, but she said she would prefer if I didn’t burn the kitchen down. Have a merry Christmas!
-Izuku Midoriya’
He’s so thoughtful… Todoroki sighed a bit, wondering how he could return the favor. He suddenly remembered an ad for the newest All Might action figure, which was ¥5000. He knew Midoriya probably would want that.
“I’m going out for a bit!” Todoroki said to his sister once he had finished, grabbing his wallet and walking out.
A bell rang as he stepped into the store, having seen the action figure in the display window when Todoroki was passing by. “M-Maybe if I could just run hime real quick and get my money?” A fragile voice spoke.
“Sorry, kid. You either pay or leave.”
“Alright…”
Todoroki looked at the cashier, a certain greenette looking disappointedly at the floor. Todoroki noticed the All Might action figure box with a ¥5000 yen sticker on it.
“Here… I’ll pay for it.” The heterochromatic teen set down a ¥5000 note. The greenette looked at him, a surprised expression plastered on his face.
“B-But, Todoroki-kun? Don’t you think that’s a little much?” He stuttered as they walked out, the box in the small boy’s hands.
“Of course not.” Todoroki responded.
“Well… T-Thank y-you… How can I repay you?”
“Don’t. Just consider it an early Christmas gift.” He smiled down at Midoriya, ruffling his hair a bit before walking off.
Midoriya watched as his friend walked away, a small tint of pink dusting on his cheeks, his nose a bit pink from the cold… Or the heat.

“Goodbye, Deku-kun!” Uraraka said, waving goodbye to her green-haired friend.
“See ya next semester!” He said, as he walked off. He suddenly saw Todoroki in the distance, blushing a bit at the sight. He’s so hot… Midoriya thought.
He took in a deep breath, trying to work up the courage to talk to him. But once he had, Todoroki had gotten pretty far. “T-Todoroki-kun!” He quickly ran after him, the two-toned male turning around to look at him.
“Hey Midoriya… Did you need something?” He asked the small greenette.
“Y-Yeah… I um… Got you some yakisoba. You said it was your favorite, right?” Midoriya spoke, handing out a container to him.
“Soba, actually…” Todoroki corrected him.. “But thank you.” He reached out to take it.
Oh, I’m such an idiot! “Y-You’re welcome!” Midoriya said, his face heating up a bit despite the cold winter air. “Well, I should get back home. I’ll see you in January then!”
He went straight to his house. “Mom, I’m home!” He said, walking in.
“How was your day, dear?” She asked as Midoriya took off his shoes.
“It was great! I uh… Gave Todoroki-kun that yakisoba you made…” Midoriya said a bit shyly, averting his eyes.
“Oh, I hope he likes it!” Inko said a bit worriedly.
“Of course he will! You always make the best food…” He smiled at her. “Well, I’m going to do my homework.” He went up to his room. Midoriya gently set his backpack down and grabbed his homework folder. The small boy let out a sigh as he looked at all the homework he had for tonight.
“Hey, mom?” He said as he walked into the kitchen.
“Yes, dearie?” She replied.
“Can I go out for a bit?” The greenette asked.
“Of course, just be back before nine.” She answered as he grabbed his wallet.
He nodded and ran out, running down to a store where he had seen the newest All Might action figure. The bell rang as he walked in, going straight to the aisle with it. He picked up one of the boxes and went to the cashier.
“I’d like this!” The greenette said with a smile.
“Alright.” The guy quickly scanned it. “That’ll be ¥5000.”
Midoriya nodded and quickly looked through his wallet. He froze a little though as he noticed it was empty. I forgot to put all my money in! And if he went back to get his money they could possibly be sold out because of how popular it is.
“Would it be possible for me to pay for this later? Maybe tomorrow or something?” He asked. The cashier shook his head. “M-Maybe if I could just run home real quick and get my money?” He tried to negotiate.
“Sorry, kid. You either pay or leave.”
“Alright…”
“Here… I’ll pay for it.” The greenette looked up to see Todoroki, his wallet out as he put down the money. The cashier sighed a bit as he took it, and I got the All Might action figure.
Midoriya smiled as he watched the two-toned male walk away. Something about him… Midoriya had fallen for him, deeply. He let out a small sigh, knowing Todoroki probably didn’t like him back.
