there is an online browser game called Pokemon Planet. It is a mix of all the Pokemon RPGs. I think you guys should try it out. Go to pokemon-planet.com to play!

If I could just make a suggestion on the starter you would pick, I'd pick Bulbasaur. In the beginning, you get to pick from the Kanto starters (Charmander, Squirtle, or Bulbasaur). Bulbasaur is a beast against the first two gyms. By the time you get past that, you should have caught other pokemon that would be good for other gyms, but, early in the game, you only really have your starter and a few very basic pokemon. Therefore, you have to pick a good starter, which, in my opinion, the best is Bulbasaur

For Lorelei, I would say to get a really strong Tentacruel. It should have Poison Jab and Brine. That will take out her first two pokemon. Then, for Slowbro, use a dark pokemon, such as Mightyena, and use Crunch. The rest of the pokemon are pretty much easy. But be sure to stack up on potions and revives!

Pokemon planet is pretty fun. The bad parts are that you can only have a kanto starter. Also, some pokemon don't evolve normally, such as torchic. It is unique because you can travel through all the generations in just one game. Also, you can trade other players for very rare pokemon.
