Few months ago one user blocked me and I blocked them back.

Today I recieved a gift from them. It isn't malicious but I was told by a moderator that this shouldn't be happening and that I should report this bug.

I would provide screenshots and more details, however, I'd like to keep that user's name anonymous so please PM/PP me for more details.

I too have had this problem people ive blocked either offering on a trade or setting up a private trade with me also gifts to from them usually begging me to unblock them

I also have this problem before, once someone I blocked gifted me some items begging me to unblock them, same with private trades

Well, this is because
any blocked user can't directly send gift from the userpage, but he still can send from
GTS gift and by adding username to the url
https://pokeheroes.com/gts_new?gift=[username here]
pasting it to their browser.

This can be fixed by adding another verification redirect page when we gift.

And I also think, its not a bug, and also if it is a bug, it is not fixed because it gives the last chance to the blocked person to erase misunderstanding or to even ask that if he got blocked mistakenly... xd

Begging or not aside, it shouldn't happen. Even Riako said if someone is spamming you with gifts or trades you should block them, meaning it's supposed to disable trading feature between two users.

I was also told to make this report by moderator after PalPad conversation with them about one user I blocked who sent me unwanted gifts. Thankfully it wasn't malicious but my friend was unfortunate to get malicious trades, and so did many others. Moreover you can't decline trade, which is making it worse.

So please Riako fix this.

Not just gifts, because someone blocked me and I removed her from my friendlist and took that opportunity to test out what happens:

Plushie giving- Can't

Gifts- Can

Private Trading with only the user who blocked me- Can

Private messaging- I haven't tried that yet
Don't worry I canceled the trades after finishing the test

I found this thread in Confirmed Bugs, made 3 years ago. Blocked users able to send Gifts through GTS.

I'm genuinely confused and curious as to why this hasn't been fixed already?
