I have the Light Stone But every time I go to the Safari zone,Thundurus dosen't appears
So what are my chances of him appearing in the safari zone?
By the the way,Can you get a shiny Thundurus in the Safari zone?

Help this guy to beat Dialga.

If you really have a Light STONE, it is not for Thundurus, but for Reshiram :)
You need a Light ROCK for the Safari Zone
