I'm currently doing one of the available quests for Professor Rowan. I have to get a foongus to level up higher than the opponents. But when I try to put it in my party, I get a red bar telling me that I cannot because it is a part of a quest.

I'm not sure if it is a bug or not, but it is very annoying.
