How do I place a Pokemon into my notification

I'm not quite sure what you're asking but I think I know.

When you open your notifications panel, pokemon from your party are shown there. If you have any pokemon in your boxes you want in your party (or one in your party you want in your boxes), go to your storage boxes and use the checkmark box beside them to move them to wherever you want them.
