Kitsune was almost finished, she just needed to wait. She looked back and smiled at her Pokémon.

Airo, who had been more or less just listening on in the background for the most part, interlocked her fingers behind her head as she watched the others curiously. They were all very different than what she was used to seeing around Kalos. She was starting to get homesick but she would be fine, probably.

Kido tapped her arm and pushed a water bottle into her hands with a mumble. She grins at him and he rolls his eyes fondly in response.

Kitsune got out some plates and bowls. She set them out on a side table that was placed on the right side of her set up. She got out her Walkman, then put her headphones in her ear. She didn’t like moving with the modern stuff, so most of the stuff she had were old.

Kitsune felt like another being was in the area, specifically a Pokémon. She looked towards the Ponyta, then went back to preparing the meal

Kitsune watched the ponyta out of the corner of her eye.

Absol happily ate the pokepuff. Gardevoir looked over at the ponyta, awaiting its next movements. Altaria are the Pokepuff, occasionally glancing at Kitsune

The Ponyta pointed to the pokeball, then herself.

Ambrosia: you want to.. be with me?

Ponyta: Neigh! (Yes!)

Ambrosia: well you can stay out of the ball.

Ponyta ran over to Primaria, who looked at her with wonder

Looks like that ponyta got a trainer, hope the trainer treats them right... she looked at Salamence’s pokeball.

BACKSTORY TIMEEEEE
Kitsune remembered starting her adventure, going to her uncle’s lab to get a Pokémon. She was intent on having Torchic, so she made sure she was there early. “Hey there Uncle Birch!” She smiled as she entered the lab. “Hey there sweetie! You really want that Torchic, huh?” Birch wrapped his arms around Kitsune’s. “Yes I do! I’m going to name it Elia!” Kitsune giggled.

Stiiillllll backstory time!
Birch chuckled, then handed her the pokeball. “Here you go Kit Kat, go on your journey with Elia. Have fun!” Birch waved Kitsune off, smiling as she left the lab. Kitsune took Torchic out. “Hi Elia! Ready to explore?” Elia chirped happily.
TIME SKIIIIPP
Kitsune was about to go onto Victory Road. She let out her Pokémon, allowing them to see where they were. She noticed that Salamence and Elia the Blaziken were really close, seemingly in a relationship. Kitsune smiled as Blaziken walked with Salamence, enjoying their surroundings. What happened next was unimaginable, unrealistic, unpredicted. While in victory road, something happened. Something happened to Elia. All of them were walking around Victory Road. Without warning, rocks fell from the ceiling. Elia stayed behind, allowing everyone to leave safely. Salamence tried to help, but Elia wouldn’t allow it. They ran out and Elia was never seen again. Her pokeball disintegrated. Salamence was never the same since.

Absol went back over to where Kitsune was. She rubbed her fur against her leg, snapping her out of the flashback.
Kitsune quickly put away the pokeball, then wiped tears from her eyes. She finished the meal, then put the food on the plates and in the bowls. She saved some for Sharpedo later. Gardevoir and Altaria rushed over to eat.

After Kitsune finished, she filled up bowls for Ambrosia, ponyta, and the rest of her Pokémon. She walked over and handed them the bowls. She smiled slightly
