Angel read the vitals on her tablet. “Everything is checking up well.” She placed the tablet on her desk. She looked out through her window as billions of if not stasis pods where placed in rows, so where being moved.

“Aha. Hungry? Well let’s see. What is there to eat?” He questioned it as he looked around, and then up into the trees. He squinted into the trees. He rushed over to it and leaped as he grabbed onto a red fruit. Letting his weight pull the apple off the tree.

Claire screamed as Thorn scared her. “You big muk!” She whipped around to face him. She frowned. She didn’t like being scared even if it was for fun.

Claire looked at the Apple then back at Thorn. “Thank you.” She said with a smile as she picked it up from his hand. She wiped it with her shirt and bite into it. It was crispy as she ate it. “Man this is good.”

All of the sudden he had a bad feeling. Something was staring at them from somewhere, but he couldn’t leave Claire to go and check it out. “Hey Claire, Let’s go check out one of the open doors.” He suggested to her.

He lead the way to the closest wall. It rose above at least 100 feet if more. The wall was longer than expected as he passed through them. “What on earth?” He asked, his mouth open in shock. Wordless because the wall in front of them open into a long hall.

Thorn thought about it. “That’s sounds better than picking a direction and going. I’ll take left.” He said already walking left. Vines and other wall vegetation had grown on it. And it looks old. He stopped to look at a symbol on the wall. “What does that mean..”

Claire walked along the left side of the wall. “What?” She shockingly said as her looked at the symbol. Noting it down, she continue to walk. The end of the wall turned to another stretch of hall.

Loud steps came from the way Thorn went and looked back, to see him running at her. Then she heard something far off in the distance and her sight was back at the long strip again. What did she hear? It sounded faint.

He noticed that Claire looked at him, then she looked away. Coming to her side he looked to where she was staring at. “Another long strip? What are in a maze?” He asked, he took a step forward. Then he heard it a faint roar like sound echoed through out the maze.

Claire took up his hand, as they stared into the strip. “I think we should arm ourselves before we try to go in. We don’t know if there is anything dangerous out there.” Claire said, as she too step forward. It felt easier next to his side. She had a strong feeling that she belonged with him.

"Ouch!" Sam shouted grabbing her head.. "What the?" she questioned as she found herself on an elevator everything shook as it shot upwards. She had found what had fallen on her head, a box. Surprisingly she was calmed and collected. "Moo!" an animal cried, now that scared her. She try to get up but ended up falling on her hind.
