Welcome to Runa's Ramblings!

At the time of writing this (6/29/2019 going to be using DD/MM/YYY format), I've just started out. There's a lot to take in, but I already have many plans and I need a place to organize them. If you'd like to read and follow along in my journey, feel free to keep going!

I've played the main series pokemon games for a few years now - the generation I started in was Sinnoh with Diamond and Pearl. I didn't really understand the "catch 'em all" mindset back then and only caught pokemon I thought were cool or cute. After that I got into pokemon mystery dungeon (specifically Explorers of Sky) and WOW, those stories were incredible (though I wasn't so great at the gameplay). I skipped over Gen V, but I've got copies of Black and Black 2 now and I'm going to go back and play them sometime! Once I got my hands on a copy of Pokemon Y was when my love of pokemon really grew. Since it was more accessible, I learned a lot about IVs and EV training and discovered a love for breeding pokemon. I also got my first shiny - a Lickitung on Victory Road. I got hooked and became a shiny hunter. Immediately. I've got a little over a box of shinies now, and I definitely plan on hunting for more. I then went on and completed my living dex in Omega Ruby and have managed to keep it up to date!

With all that said, I feel like I'm going to bring a similar mindset to PokeHeroes! I'd like to complete my dex, find shinies, and get the special event pokemon that I've seen around. I hope that when I get a lot of event pokemon I can start breeding them for other people, but I feel that's going to be a while from now.

But with that all out of the way, let's get on with it!
