In the Dream Shop, where you can exchange nuggets for dream points, it's advertised as Dream Points for Nuggets and not the other way around.

I am playing on my mobile, maybe it's different on browser?

Maybe you read that oppositely. It is 250dp for 100 Nuggets means they sell 250dp for 100 Nuggets, not buying

I think the bit of text just above this makes it clear too:

"You can buy additional Dream Points with your Nuggets in this section."
