Glad you are interested in the thread.
Anyway heres my plan.
Ditto Hunt
Step 1
Gather atleast 1 million normal Gems
Process
-Royal tunnel
-Rumble Area
-Buying them - ( through PD or Nuggets - palpad me)
-Boxes
-Trading
Step 2
Use gem collector to get Ditto eggs
Cost
10,000 Normal Gems for 1 egg
Step 3
Sell the Ditto that arent Shiny
Repeat "Process" until Shiny
Motivation
this would personally be the best first shiny on site
due to its rarity
135,547 Registered Users
1451 ditto Hatched
If my maths is right ( it might not be) then roughly 9% of Ph users have a Ditto

So ive now got 1136/1,000,000 Normal Gems
Trading seems most efficient way of getting the gems so far
ive also checked the wiki and completely forgot i have a chance to get
Normal gems in Golden game center and Treasure chest
though i dont think i will be doing these as odds seem low
I may aswell just keep doing Legend on GGC
and maybe try for a uxie/mespirit/azelf hunt

Water gems seem to be most wanted at the moment

It is actually really hard to get normal gems :(
especially when not many people Notice you - i dont know how to Fix this
but atleast i know when i get the shiny ditto it will feel more rewarding
since the struggle was hard enough already now it seems harder being a minority on the website

Someday in the Far future ( depending how quickly i can get the rest of these normal gems)
i will look back to this thread and realise how hard the struggles this hunt really was

1 month has passed already time has gone quick..
though it does seem that within the month i gained 1900 normal gems so doesnt
seem to bad in my opinion :D

maybe i will start the hunt early but i will still need a consistent supply of normal gems
