Could you retype a Shiny Stoutland to Normal Flying? (it means just add wings or something)

And also could you splice a Bouffalant and a Blastoise?

Sorry for the break, my notifications keep getting drowned in statuses because people keep adding me and I feel bad not adding them back. Riolu's sprites are also angled oddly and the mask around its face is too dark for me to really make it look like it's wearing glasses.

I forgot to mention the reason why I can't do the Riolu request is because both images are .JPG, which makes them difficult to work with, as well as the fact that one of them is enlarged for some reason. They're also clearly custom sprites and I won't use them unless you either made them or have permission from the artist to edit them.


I'll get on the other sprites later.
