aks help button, here you can say to your friends in poke heroes if you need help to hatch eggs, you select the online friend and the button send a notification it will say more or less, HEY, TAKE A HAND TO YOUR FRIEND (EXAMPLE:Queen pumpkaboo)

No support. It's easier to post on your notification page so all your friends can see not just one person. Also I doubt people want to be spammed with notifications to train your Pokemon
