"Where did you find him, ma'am?" Darwin has a finger to his chin.

"He was playing by the path. I was worried for him."

"I see. Does he run away often?"

Chiffon Smiles "We will come visit you later again. We have to find a lost baby and the mother will be probably so sad that she will never be happy again if we don't find her baby, but don't worry it has nothing to do with you. So you can watch how that mother breaks and think " poor thing" while you care for the little one." Chiffon looks a bit sad even with his smile

The Ursaring's eyes water. "He's still gone, isn't he? He's still gone, and I'm holding the baby you're looking for?" She blinks her tears away. "Fine, take him..." She hands the baby to Darwin, then stomps back into the woods.

"She's probably traumatized, but we did the right thing. Let's go." Darwin looks at the poster. "The mother is in a nearby town."

They all walk off.

The others turn to him, eyes wide.

"You're serious? You can't be serious!" Nik whispers.

"I'm serious. I don't want to waste energy trying to stop his moping. Maybe we're better off..."
