Sooo I'm going to descirbe it the best I can! So maybe a Shiny Skitty with a Pastel-Red scarf aroung her neck. She has flower Bracelets on her front paws (Like this). Her Tail is open like a Flower (Like this). She has spots on her ears and she's got a yellow-ish Star on her Forehead (the color is the same as the yellow-ish tone from the Shiny Skitty).. She's got a blue/purple-ish Tongue (like the color of the inside of the ears) and long eyelashes. The red markings on her body are in a shape of waves.
