he chuckled as she came out and ate the treat and scratched her head, but perked up at the voice underneath his truck and looked, spotting Sel as his eye's narrowed at her.
''why the hell are you under my truck'' he said, not angrily though, more confused than angry.

"That's my corgi. Who got stuck under your truck. Which I didn't know was yours." Sel squinted at Alexander as Cheddar cheerfully trotted over to Sel, who was trying to get out from under the car.

Alexander sighed as he closed the bag and got up, setting it down before he walked over to her and grabbed her by the ankles, carefully pulling her out from under his truck with ease before offering her his hand.
''come on, before you catch a cold...'' he muttered, stuffing his free hand that he didn't offer into his pocket.

"Cold? I'm fine." Sel nods a thank you but doesn't take his hand, instead pushing herself up. Cheddar rushes to her side and the girl tightly grips the corgi's leash, nodding to Parmesean and Swiss who trot over to her.

he straightened and glanced over as he watched two more dogs trot up the driveway, raising and eyebrow at them a little surprised, then looked down at the corgi.
''boy it must be costly for dog food with these three'' he said, looking over at the bigger dogs as he held a hand out for them to sniff.

Swiss trotted up cruiously to Alexander and sniffed his hand, as Parmesan stayed back.

“Eh, not really.” Sel shrugs. “My siblings run a bakery down the street. They bake them food and treats.” She explained as she glanced up at Alexandrr.

Alex smiled a little at Swiss as his gaze softened, letting the husky get use to his scent before he scratched behind Swiss' ear.
''hmm, i'll have to go check the place out then sometime... my brother works at the police station, he's part of the K9 unit there'' he said, not seeming too offish now since there were dogs with her.

(his one true weakness, an adorable animal, lol)

“Oh, really?” Sel tilted her head. “We can go now, if you want. They don’t close until....” she checks her watch, it’s 5. “Seven.” She smiled as Parmesan slowly walked up to Alex, wanting his turn to be pet.

he smiled and held his hand out for Parmesan to sniff his hand.
''sure, i wouldn't mind a little tour... just let me take my stuff in and feed Bagheera'' Alexander said, enjoying that he had dogs surrounding him now.
he ignored the fact he didn't have his hood up to hide his face, but didn't seem to care too much at the moment.

"Bagheera?" Sel raised her eyebrows at him. She noticed that he didn't have a hoodie up. Holy S--- he's cute. she thinks and then tries to shove the thought away, instead watching Parmesan lick Alexander's hand.

he laughed a little and knelt down, using both hands to squish Parmesan's face and pet the fluffy canine, grinning now as he fully opened up.
''my cat, i named him after the black jaguar from the kids movie the jungle book'' he said.

"Youhaveanicesmile." Sel says quickly before stopping and hoping he didn't hear. "You have a cat? Cool." she says evenly as Parmesan's tail wagged quickly. The massive dog barked friendily.

he perked up at the quick compliment and chuckled softly, then stood and looked at her when she spoke again.
''he was a kitten abandoned in a box back where i used to live with my parents, i've raised him and i've kept healthy for... i think two years now, he's a pretty sweet cat and get's along with my brothers partner Sally'' Alex said, gently patting Parmesan's head.

he soon got everything together and and stood back up as he looked over at Sel.
''i'll be back here in a minute'' he said, going up to the door and unlocked it before disappearing inside and closing the door, then went to go do what he needed to done.

after a couple minutes he came back out and locked the door, making sure he had his wallet, keys, and cellphone before he went over to where Sel sat, tilting his head as he looked down at her.
''want me to walk you back to your place so you can take your dogs back home?'' Alexander asked.

he looked up at the apartments and blinked, rubbing the back of his neck and then back at Sel.
''that's somewhat convenient... and how was i suppose to know the bakery is pet friendly? i just moved into town yesterday so i've had no time to explore the town'' he said a bit bluntly, stuffing his hand back into his pocket.
