Also, I meant they left what might be their PokeHeroes password in their post (thinking that that was what you meant when you asked for a password). If you can remove that from their post or get them to come edit it, that would probably be good as otherwise someone could get into their account?
If I'm wrong about this, then I'm very sorry for bothering you. I just feel it's better to be safe than sorry.
