I wanna make a raffle for my first year premium account, with retro mew like prize. But I don't know how... can someone help me? ^^

All you really have to do is create a Forum Post in the User-made contests SubForum that explains how the raffle will work, the deadlines to enter/when it ends, and list the prizes.

Do make sure that you read the Contest Rules beforehand to prevent your Raffle from actually being deleted & also be sure that you've gotten your thread approved in this thread after you've actually made the thread. If, for some reason, you're contest isn't approved, a moderator will typically contact you and let you know why and then you'll be able to correct the errors and try to get it approved again.
