"You know me so well." Rebeka mused to Talon with a grin as she waved at Belle and Tatianna before the doors closed and the elevator took off.

Angel followed after Magnolia with the outfit over her arm as she ran her thumb almost lovingly over the pipe.

"Well we don't see many land bearing folk under our waters." Joe mused. Joe and Robin were both well-built males with the same tail as Roxanne. Robin had shaggy blonde hair and an outfit that consisted of a leather jacket and that's it. Joe looked like he was trying to pull off the scientist look with a lab coat, that was a bit burnt somehow, and a black button up. He also had blonde hairs but his was kept neat and trimmed.

Alex sighed as he scooped Selki up and carried her bridal style as he soon zoomed up the stairs as he levitated, making they're ascend a lot quicker then it had been a second ago.

Belle blinked as they all headed back down and sighed.
''well there goes progress to getting food....'' she mumbled quietly to herself.

she glanced at Angel and smiled, then continued looking ahead as she led the way back to her house.

Dusk hooked his thumb under his collar and lifted it up a little for them to see.
''Roxy gave this to me so i can come with her'' he said.

The two boys blink before looking at Roxanne. "Something you want to tell us Rox?" Robin mused causing Roxanne to stutter as she talked.

"I w-went to the a-auction and bought h-him."

Belle decided to sit back down and hugged her legs, staring at the floor of the elevator.

Magnolia slowed to walk beside Angel and looked down at her, a little curious.
''something from your family.....? she asked.

Dusk looked a little confused before realization hit him, his face flushing a bright red as his eyes widened.
''b-before you say anything i had a red collar before Roxy g-gave me this one'' he said a bit frantically, stammering slightly.

Angel nodded her head yes. "See the initials. They stand for Famine Venenum. He was a grandfather to me. Make sense that he would be since Death was my father and war was an older brother."

Michaella blinks in surprise and a thoughtful look crosses her face. "I think it's something to do with the type of half breed I am. I read in a book once that animals can smell when others are distressed, sad, angry or even happy. That might be part of it but another part of me seems to just..." She trails off and furrows her brows. "It just seems to know? The ladies who raised me said it's a woman's intuition but I think it might be something else."

Talon chuckles. "I like to think I know what matters." He says as he lightly bumps his shoulder into Rebeka's. "Besides, I'm sure everything is fine. Doesn't hurt to check on how everyone is doing though."

Magnolia looked at the initials and sighed, her gaze shifting a little.
''and yet they never cared to get you out of that pit........?'' she asked with little emotion, afraid of upsetting Angel.

Dusk soon became a bit shy and timid as he covered his face with both hands and just seemed to curl to try to hide, utterly embarrassed now wanting to just crawl under a rock and stay there.
i completely forgot about the auction after all that's happened....! he thought to himself.

Zigzag's nose twitched, as if he was trying to smell them himself. "Hm," he hummed in reply. "You said ladies raised you. Why not a family? Do you have one?" Zigzag couldn't imagine life without a family. Chao loved to joke that he would've gotten himself killed without them, but it was probably pretty close to the truth. He couldn't count the number of times one of his siblings had whacked him before he made a stupid comment or his mother had stopped him from going some place he shouldn't.

Michaella hums as she remembers when she was younger. "I guess they were family. I kind of happened to end up in the... I think they called it the red light district?" She nods to herself. "The ladies in one of the hotels had picked me up and raised me. They taught me lots! My dances, how to hold myself, how to put clothing together, how to do my make up. Even taught me how to control my powers a little when they could spare the time. I'd help them by working as a server when I could." She smiles almost innocently.

"That's nice. At least you had people to take care of you. I think everyone should have a family, even if it's not by blood," Zigzag nodded a little, as if assuring himself. "It's important. My family taught me pretty much everything I know too. Except dancing."

Rebeka chuckled at that. "That is true." She mused. "Remind me that I need to make food for those that haven't gone back to their place yet."

"War is busy. He always was. Never liked me much anyways. Don't know what happened to Death and Famine. Said they had a job to do for the royal family and never came back." Angel replied with a shrug as if it was no big deal. "I'm sure if they could have they would have come for me so I'm not mad. I think you would have liked Grampa Famine. He used to tell stories of these amazing places he would see on top side, such as the Amazon Rainforest."

Robin chuckled before picking up Dusk while Joe picked up Roxanne causing her to yelp and hit Joe's back, not that it did any good. "Come on. Dad and Mum have been worried and they will be happy to know about another kid."

Talon quickly looks the other way so that Rebeka wouldn't be able to see his almost guilty expression. He hadn't eaten in almost a week and while it was nothing new for him, he probably should know better especially when he was meant to come to Rebeka's place. "I'll try." He replies to her as calmly as he can.

"Yeah it is." Michaella smiled softly at Zigzag and gently hugs him. "If you ever want to talk, the offer is always there. No matter what. Okay?"

Magnolia gave a small smile that was a little forced, though hid that rather well, and rested her hand on the back of her shoulder as she nudged her through the front gate that led up the pathway to her house once she opened the gate and walked through herself.
''i've been up top before, i honestly prefer the heat over the cold, for obvious reasons, i just can't function in the cold'' she said, shuddering slightly as she closed and latched the gate shut.

Dusk's ears perked up when he heard Roxanne yelp and freed himself from Robin before pushing off of him, swimming over as he grabbed her and pushed Joe away, hugging her close as he glared and bared his teeth at him, becoming rather over protective of her.
he was also following instinct and was trying to protect Roxanne like he said he would.

Belle looked up at Rebeka then at Talon before looking him over a bit, her ears twitching at the tone of his voice before pointing at him, her unusual yet unique colored eyes seeming to pierce right through him.
''he needs to eat too miss Rebeka, if you don't believe me check to see if he's skinny'' she told Rebeka.
