Lion accepted the ticket, and nodded to Faye. He picked up his Espeon and walked into the concert hall. He then took his seat.

A while later, the lights dimmed and a spotlight shone on a single stand. Fate walked it, poised to play.

Lion smiled and watched the concert as it began. He glanced at Espeon who was watching as well, her head was poking from above a few seats, and she was trying to get onto Lion's head to see better.

Faye took a sharp inhale before playing. The melody was sweet and refined, her fingers flew across the board and she moved as she played.

Lion smiled, and picked Espeon up so the small Pokemon could see better. He stayed silent and listened to Faye play.

After about 5 minutes, Faye hit the final note and stopped, stepping out from her stand and bowing.

Lion smiled, and began to clap for Faye. Espeon stood on his shoulder, and gave a cheerful cry in response with his trainer.

Faye blushed, before the curtains behind her Drew back and revealed an orchestra.


“Thank you to Miss Faye Albein for that solo. She will now join us in the Lillyocve orchestra as our soloist of honor for tonight.” the conduction announced, to which Faye too a seat. The orchestra played a few songs.

Lion smiled as he listened to the music. Espeon walked off his arm and went towards Faye, but Lion soon grabbed her. "Espeon you'll see Faye again once the concert is over." He said in a quiet whisper. Espeon frowned and nodded she curled up on her Trainer's lap and the two listened to the music from the orchestra.

After a while, the orchestra finished. Faye walked up for her final smaller solo, before taking a final bow.

Lion smiled and said cheered for Faye. Espeon then noticed the concert was over. She got to her paws and ran to Faye cheerfully. "Espeon wait." Lion said in embarrassment and tried to grab the Pokémon, but she was too fast for him.

Faye smiled at the crowd before slipping backstage. She talked to a few people and posed for a few photos, walking out with roses and being bombarded by the crowd.

Espeon was fighting her way through the crowd. She skidded to a fault near Faye and blinked. The Pokemon began to try and push a few people away as she remembered how Faye was with tight spaces.

“Well, yeah, I think that- Espeon! Hi!” Fay shrines, kneeling and petting the pokemon gently on its head. “Sorry. This is my boyfriend’s Espeon.” Faye explained cautiously.

Lion blinked and looked around. He spotted Espeon and Faye. "Espeon get back over here." He said with an embarrassed sigh, he had left her pokeball back in his bag. He waved a greeting to Faye.

“It’s okay!” Faye grinned. She turned around towards Lion as the crowd left, leaving the theater mostly empty.

Lion sighed and watched as the crowd left the theater. He looked back to Espeon before rubbing the back of his neck. "Sorry about that." He said kindly, and picked Espeon up.

“It’s okay! It’s a Pokemon friendly hall. They don’t mind.” Faye explained, smiling. She shifted the roses and her violin to one hand to give Lion a half hug.

Lion nodded and looked at Espeon the Pokemon crawled into his shoulder, and Lion returned the hug. "Alright." He said gently, "is there anything you need me to carry?" He asked gently.
