Lion glanced over to her and nodded, "yeah you fell asleep. A
doctor brought you some medicine to help your lungs." He said
gently, and yawned, his Espeon let herself out of her pokeball, and
jumped onto the bed. Lion sighed, and went to pull the Pokemon off
the bed.
“Espeon!” Faye grinned at the Polemon. “Espeon can stay on the bed,
it’s fine.” She said, looking at the medicine in slight annoyance.
“Gross.” She said. “Thanks for staying though.”
Lion nodded, and sat down once more. Espeon smiled and walked up to
Faye, she avoided stepping on the trainer. The Pokemon then curled
up next to Faye, and purred. "You're welcome. I don't mind staying
here if you need me." He said gently. "The doctor said you were
being released in a few hours, and I promised her you'd take your
meds." Lion replied.
Faye gently stroked Espeon, smiling at her briefly before looking
up. "Yeah, yeah, all that good stuff. I'll take it with my other
pills and blah blah blah." She joked. "Which reminds me. Did
someone pick up my bag?"
Lion nodded, and grabbed her bag, which was sitting by his next to
his chair. "Yeah here you go." He said gently, and handed it over
to her. Espeon continued to purr, the small Pokemon began to fall
asleep where she was curled up next to Faye.
Faye grabbed the bag, nodding a thank you before popping a pill
into her mouth with water. It was a pill from an older doctor who'd
prescribed for her to take one daily for years.
Lion looked at Faye and blinked when she took the pill, he decided
against asking about it. Instead he leaned back in his seat and
closed his eyes for a moment.
"... It's from a doctor. I think I started taking them when I was
13 or something. Mental health." Faye explained, noting the
suspicion. SHe took the other pills nefore reaching for the
hospital food.
Lion nodded in response, but didn't open his eyes. "Ah makes
sense." He said kindly, and stifled a yawn. "I wasn't trying to be
suspicious, but curious." He said gently, and partially opened one
eye.
Lion nodded, and glanced at a clock. "It's about four." He said
gently, he had wondered where two hours went, but he guessed that
he might have dozed off for a small bit of time, or something.
"There's papers here." Faye said, reaching to the side of the
table. "Water blah blah blah CPR blah bla- oh! They said possibly
5. Sweet." Faye grinned.
Lion smiled faintly and put his hands behind his head. "So we've
got an hour to waste then." He said gently, and blinked. He grabbed
the other sandwich, and took a bite out of it.
Lion swallowed the bite of his sandwich before replying. "Hm. I was
thinking of becoming a gym leader. If I did decide on that, my gym
theme would either be water so I can use Blast, or psychic so I can
use Espeon."
