You will start off graduating the academy and becoming a Genin. You may choose one Jutsu, the only forbidden jutsu you can choose is the Shadow clone jutsu. You will be a Genin in the Hidden Leaf village, pal pad me if you want to be the Hokage or Sage. And, your starter jutsu must be simple like Clone jutsu. Only 1 or 2 prodigies in the rp. You can make your own jutsus

starter jutsu(don't put if character is Hokage): Azure lightning ball(where I spit it out of my mouth) lvl 1 attack:10, lightning type attacks will do slightly less damage, but decreases enemies attack, by 2 at level 1.
age(will all be 12 unless you Hokage):
appearance: He wears a black cloak, and a black cowl. Has Crimson hair.
