The idea is similair to the lovemeter, after an certain amount of interactions, for example 20 million or 25 million interactions, there is a day that you gain 1.5x / 2x as much PD when you are interacting with other pokemon / eggs. This will help the little guys with gathering a bit of money or people who can't be active all the time. If you have an idea for another kind of goal to be fullfilled (site-wide), please let me know.
