"Lucario?!" Gallade asked, shocked, upon hearing Lucario's
voice.
The Pokémon from the Diamond of Eternity seemed annoyed at being
ignored.
"Er, sorry. My name is Gallade, and I have sought this Diamond for
my entire life. It is said that it can grant complete mastery over
Aura to any who come into contact with it. Is this true?" Yes, Gallade, it is true. However, doing so will drain the Aura
energy from the Diamond itself, and, in doing so, drain the Pokémon
that live nearby of their life energy, so I am afraid that you may
not touch the Diamond of Eternity.
"I understand. I had no idea that touching the Diamond would have
such great repercussions. I will not touch it," Gallade promised.
"I came here with Sceptile..." Sceptile showed up, grinning.
Lucario kept looking at Gallade "I would appreciate it if you came
back, Gallade. We have people that seem interested in learning how
to use Aura"
"As I told you when I left, I was only searching for the Diamond of
Eternity," Gallade said. "I have now found it, and so I have no
reason not to go back."
Gallade followed Lucario out. The Pokémon from the Diamond flew
down after them. I feel that I should assist you in some way
after you have come all this way for naught. The Carbink are more
than capable of preventing further visitors from touching the
Diamond, and so it is safe for me to come back and teach you what I
know of Aura.
Gallade nodded. "It would be an honor to be helped by the Mythical
Guardian of the Diamond of Eternity."
The Pokémon nodded cheerfully. Oh! I have forgotten something!
One moment! She scurried away, and came back holding what
appeared to be a Mega Stone. There. This ought to be useful. My
name is Diancie, by the way.
"Certainly, Sceptile!" Gallade agreed. "It is always a pleasure to
teach another Pokémon to use Aura! Unless, of course, you're that one student who
always caused trouble..."
