Alex froze and Eliza peered through her fingers. She uncovered her face, and tapped her little foot against Alex's thigh. Alex glanced at his thigh were she'd tapped him, before he stepped into the room. Alex padded to the table, letting Eliza down carefully. She clung to him until her heels touched the ground, and let go. He glanced at the humanoids, and swallowed. "I'm Alexander. This is my sister, Elizabeth." He said, taking a seat. Eliza hesitantly sat down, resting her hands in her lap. "You can call me Eliza, if you wish..." She whispered, glancing to the floor.

"Hello." The pale-skinned one finally speaks, looking up at Margaret. "Come, sit." She says, in a voice as soft as silk and as fragile as glass. Ziu whines and jumps into Laefi's lap, making her giggle slightly and hug the furball.

Melody had sat down and quickly drew an image of the Daqueri along with a question mark.She had a lot of questions about their species but had remained quiet for now.

The pale-skinned one says. "Don't worry about her weird mind-glimpsing thingy, you get used to it." Laefi says, peeking her head over the ball of fluff in her lap.

Melody nods at that while making notes on what Laefi said.She thinks back to the conversation she caught Lyn having on the phone.She quickly noted that it seemed Lyn didn't particularly respect or like the Daqueri deities.

'Jaxin' is in an amber-gold paint, 'Cassirae' in black, 'Rezia' in a light brown, 'Lucifer' in a pastel blue, 'Monji' in a deep red, and 'Vexalee' in a soft purple. "They're sometimes called the Oldest. Originally called 'archangels', but you knew of them in different names, I think. There is not a particular set of rules, but there are a few things. Simple things that everyone should do. And the Traits that the Six represent could be considered rules of sorts."

Laefi notices the shudder. "Ah, of course. You know of Lucifer as the Devil. This is simply not true. Yes, he was exiled, but because of things he could not control. He is not evil, he is loving. Monji, on the other hand, is the one you should worry about."
