Dear Staff,

I've been trying to use the 'Change Avatar' Tool for about 42 hours, and it shows an invalid! message.

Can you elaborate on this?

Show a screenshot? It's kinda hard to help out when we have very little details on just the " invalid" message :)

What type of image are you trying to upload? Does it meet the required size mentioned on the change your avatar page?

PH does not support all file formats for the Avatar
.JPG/.JPEG ; .GIF ; .PNG are the supported file formats.
Make sure that the avatar you want to put is one of these formats.

Also, Make sure that the file size doesn't exceed 250KB and has been resized to 150 x 150 pixels.
