"I don't care about being cute. In fact, I couldn't care less. But I'm not exactly sure I can believe you." Nick said slowly, before spinning on her heel and walking towards the door. "And there's no way in hell I'd want that to happen." She said before walking out, her Banette not noticing her leave and floating in an aisle.

Kyfron chuckled as Nick exited the building, glaring back at Amara. "Sorry." he mocked.
"Leafeon, could you go find me some Hyper Potions and maybe a couple good TMs?" he asked the Verdant Pokemon who agreed and stealthily disappeared into the aisles. She noticed Nick's Banette floating in a nearby aisle and cried out to it.

Banette turned to Leafeon and floated down. "Banette?" she asked, cocking her head to one side as she asked what the Leafeon was doing.

"No, but I'm the youngest so I always get what I want." he told Amara while picking some items off the shelves and into his basket.

Leafeon's tail straightened as she sensed Frost behind her, though chose to ignore the sensation. "Leeea" she cooed, explaining the things Kyfron wanted her to find.

Banette smiled, pointing to the items Kyfron was looking for. "Nette." She said, which roughly translated to "Here." The ghost-type spun around in midair.

Leafeon smiled brightly and thanked Banette as she carefully took the items.
She began to make her way back to her trainer though suddenly halted. "Feon?" she cried, questioning whether or not the Ghost-type was aware that her trainer had left the store already.

Melody was on a bike pedaling to the league as fast as she could. She was currently on Route 1 trying to dodge any Pokemon in her way. "S..Sorry!" She calls out as she passes by a trainer with a Pikachu. "Oh geez. I still c..can't believe we missed the t..train."She mutters to Sparky who lets out a sound of agreement before squeaking as they flew over a hill.

Leafeon followed Banette up to the door and used a gentle Magical Leaf in order to create a breeze to open the door before quickly returning to Kyfron.
"Thanks, girl." he mumbled as he emptied his basket on the counter.
"We gotta go full speed to the tournament now so I'm returning you." he told the Verdant Pokemon and returned it to its Pokeball.

Banette smiled as she joined Nick with a cry of relief. "Banette! There you are! I was getting so worried!" She smiled, giving Banette as much of a hug as she could. Nick grinned. "C'mon, we've gotta get to the league. Drifblim!" Nick called out the huge blimp Pokémon, and waved to it. "We're going to the league!"

"Yanmega, please!" Kyfron called as he released the Bug & Flying-type from its Pokeball.
"Follow that Drifblim!" he ordered, the Yanmega doing as it was told.

Aditsan and PJ arrived at the league stadium and took in their surroundings.
"Wow..." Aditsan muttered in awe.
"Where do we sign up?" his cousin asked in which he responded by shrugging.

Jess followed in behind PJ and Aditsan. "We're already signed up, remember? It's exhibition matches." She explained, motioning to the board that showcased each of their faces.

Nick, on her Drifblim, soared through the sky until it was about halfway there. She was perched on the top of it, grinning.

Melody was on Route 22 now having sped through Viridian City like it was nothing. She used one of her hands to push her wet hair out of her face and scrowled. To think right now she could be at home, under a warm blanket, studying if her ever-so-loving father hadn't insisted that she needed to get out more and signed her up for the league.

"I meant sign in, silly." PJ corrected, nervously laughing.
She and Aditsan both turned to the screen and scanned through to find their faces.

Kyfron eventually managed to catch up right behind Nick and her Drifblim due to his Yanmega's Speed Boost Ability. He smirked at her and noticed the stadium in the distance.
"My first attempt at taking your title will be here." he shouted to Nick.

"This doesn't count, but you'll lose anyway." Nick smiled as the wind began to pick up, which sped Drifblim up a good amount.

"Oooooh, well, yeah!" Jess laughed awkwardly, signing in as well.

"We'll see about that." he retorted, his Yanmega following as close behind as possible. [how long is this fly-ride bc he's literally dangling whilst holding onto his Yanmega l0l]

Aditsan signed in after Jess, followed by PJ.
"Who are we fighting against?" PJ asked, Aditsan responding with a shrug.
"There's too many faces up there I can't really make ours out."

Melody skid to a halt in front of the league with a sigh. "Made it." She mutters out while Sparky peeks over his basket to see that they did, in fact, make it. He leaps out of his basket and starts kissing the ground while muttering under his breath. "I..I wasn't that b..bad Sparky." Melody grumbles out while getting off her bike.

Kyfron landed behind Nick. "You also had a head start." Kyfron reminded, calm and collected as he called his Yanmega back into its Pokeball.
He then proceeded to sign in, making sure he pushed Nick out of the way and zooming past Melody, nearly knocking her Plusle over.
