I Can Do Recoloring Of Pokemon, I'm Not Quiet Sure On How To Do Clear Backgrounds Yet, And I Do It In Paint, So It Might Take Me A While, You Can Also Request Dragon Anything Elese That Interests You, I Can Try To Do Some Complex Sprites, But No Animation, I'm Sorry, But I Will Do My Best.

i can't do the flames at this point in time, but heres what i ahve done so far, i will do the water one this weekend because it requieres a lot of work due to the varriations of shading
