In the recent years, evil organizations have been racing to create the perfect soldiers fusing human DNA with several Pokemon's DNA samples. Team Rocket was the first to perfect this expirement - or that's what they thought. The humans with the ability to transform into Pokemon hybrids and back to human, even though they were taught to act agains their own wills, the revolted against the creators, escaping and destroying the secret lab.
