Arch looked at Izzy when he was done squeezing his cloak. "Oh no oh no, did I do something wrong? I'm sorry," Arch panicked slightly, his ears moving down.

"Don't blame yourself," Arch replied. "We're still the same, aren't we? We're still alive and didn't have any effect on us," he assured her. "Don't pressure yourself too much on it," he said before hugging Izzy lightly enough so that he wouldn't have much physical contact with her.

As Arch did that, Izzy went to give him a light hug, and but they ended up hugging each other.

"I never had a girlfriend nor any datemates," Arch said again, resting his head against the boulder. Dad tried to force me into falling in love with a girl but i'm so glad that didn't work, he said in his head.
