"A Grey...not entirely black...but not solid white either. A combination of both..." Papi murmured as he crawled out of his bed. "So...when do we get started?" He looked hard at Nightmare.

"Sounds to me like you are too dumb and too weak to fix this so you gathered us to fix your problem." Ricky replied.

"What he means is this situation is mainly a family thing and not one for strangers." Riley explained.

Anna groggily woke up and seeing everyone she flipped into battle drawing her sword, "Why are we here?"

"She kidnapped us." Ricky mused pointing to Nightmare.

"Ricky!" Riley gasped.

"What is it not true?" Ricky replied smiling a bit.

"Well...I was in my bed at our apartment when I went to bed...so..." Riley stammered trying to defend Nightmare without an explanation.

Anna nodded, "So we kill her and go home."

Nightmare dodges out of the way and her eyes turn cold. The air around her bends, forcing Anna to sleep.

Papi gulped, watching Nightmare and Anna. 'First day here and already some are acting like animals...' Papi thought to himself. Papi nodded in agreement with Night's question. He too was wondering where they were going to stay.

Anna however staggered a bit, "That is good. You hurt my head and slowed my movements." Pulling back into the shadows and vanishing her voice called, "Almost fell asleep, but I am in my nightmare right now."

"Yes, there are, Night." Nightmare replies, flicking her hair back with her slender fingers. "Down the hall are doors. Each has one of your names on it. Avoid Orchid's room, she's moody today."

Papi stood up and thanked Nightmare for everything before turning and walking down the hall. Finding his door, Papi opened it and went into his room. Sighing, he sat down on his bed and thought about all that had just happened. "Can this really be happening...?"

"Thank you Nightmare."Night replies before picking up her bag and placing it on her back."Up we go munchkin."She tells Nyx while placing her on her hip.She then starts to walk down the hall until she sees Nyx's room."My room or yours?"She waits a few minutes before feeling a tug on her hoodie."My room it is."She muses while walking to her room and entering.

Nightmare sighs, before glancing at Glitch. "What 'cha drawing, Glitchy?" She asks.

"Amali." Glitch replies quietly, not looking up. She carefully sketches out the delicate curl of the fluffy tail, connecting the tip together and pausing before starting on the eyes.

Night sat with her back against her headboard and Nyx resting against her chest."Shh little one.We are safe here.No one is yelling."She tells Nyx calmly while Nyx silently cried."I'm sorry.I..I didn't know she didn't like it.I'm sorry."Nyx says softly."Shh I know sweetheart.All is okay.No one is mad."

Night looked down to see that Nyx had stopped crying."Hey,you feeling better now?"She waits for Nyx to nod."Do you want anything?I could ask the shadows if they can get it for you."She waits again and sees a shake of Nyx's head."Would you like a hug?"She receives a nod causing her to give Nyx a hug.
