Troye sighed. "I guess you're right." He said. He hadn't been here as long as some of the others, but even with all the connections he had and his family, the chance of escaping was pretty bleak, much less getting revenge.

"I'm not being pessimisting, I'm being realistic-it's not gonna work out." He murmured, crawling towards the edge of his cage. "Oliver, how's Pierre doing?" He couldn't help but advert his eyes away, gore didn't sit well with his stomach after all these years. Despite so, he felt a familiar fluttering in his chest and vainly attempted to suppress it. He didn't need these emotions, it would only cause trouble for the both of them.

Pierre looked up toward Teddren. He smiled weakly and waved to him. "Honestly, Teddy, not so well. He's been stuck to me like tape for the last couple hours. I can't help but pity him, to be honest." He ruffled his friend's hair as he lifted his head up. With the fluttery feeling attacking his chest, he tried to focus his breathing.

Lauren scooted toward them, signing Hi with her hands slowly. She then quickly signed, I hope you feel better Pierre. She scooted back to look at Maria, who was playing with the metal bars of her cage. Maria, you okay over there? she signed.

"Not really, but thanks for asking."

Sugar got agitated at what Teddy said but ignored the rest. She decided to rest before the next show came so that she wouldn't end up collapsing after it. From just closing her eyes, she could feel herself falling to sleep and she did.

"Where do you think they keep the keys to these things?" Brylea asks, stretching her legs as best as she could within her confined space. Her knees crack, making her cringe - she hated the sound of cracking bones.

Papi sat quietly, listening to the conversation. Then the pressure he was now use to, rose from his chest escaping from his mouth in the form a cough. As his lips parted, a moth escaped from his lips. Papi watched as the moth fluttered out of the cage and into a vent that led outside. "Maybe someday...that will be me..." Papi whispered before coughing again.

Oliver Hymun was curled up in his cage on the floor, cradling himself like a child. His thin arm s were wrapped around himself as his eyes were kept closed. Maria looked at him from her cage, and she sighed. "Ollie, darling." She hummed, making him look up. "What's wrong?" She asked, and he sighed. "I dunno? I'm stuck in a cage with people I know in pain and everything has just-" He stopped himself with a sigh, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't be rude. I just don't feel good." He said, putting his head down again. Maria looked, and sighed softly. "Sorry." She mumbled, looking down. Oliver tensed, but didn't move.

Reyna looked over at her fellow prisoners. So much energy in all of them, so much light. But all of it had been drained from them as soon as they came here. Mianna sighed. She wanted to do something to raise their spirits, but she was too shy. Luke smiled. "What would you do if you could do anything in the world?" He asked.

Mianna started humming. She wanted to sing, but she was way too shy. Luke heard her and smiled. Reyna also smiled, and nudged her sister. "Sing! You're good at it!" "N..no! It's too embarrassing..." Mianna replied, bright red. "Come on! It might cheer people up!" Reyna egged her little sister on. Mianna took a deep breath. "No there ain't nothing that I gotta prove , you think these words'll make me black and blue but I, I think I'm pretty with these old boots on, I think it's funny when I drink too much, hey!" She sang, hoping people would recognise it.

Oliver looked up, shifting to a sitting position. Singing was one of the things that could raise his spirits. "So kick out the jams, kick up the soul! Pour another glass of that rock and roll!" He sang, voice soft and excited. He liked that song. He had heard it on the ringmasters radio. He smiled. "Turn up the band, fire in the hole! Gonna lose control tonight!" He continued, before pausing to let someone else sing. Maria hummed softly, smile on her lips. She liked seeing Oliver happy. He wanted to be an actor in musicals. He had told her his dream. She sighed softly.

While the others sang their song, Lauren began singing a low pitch. "I can't help it if I make a scene.. Stepping out of my hot pink limousine-" she started, but was cut off with a loud- "SHUT UP, ALL OF YOU!"

Lauren started to shake and quickly signed, Sorry, I should have thought. As the owner of the voice (the ringmaster) grunted, Lauren tried to escape his view. "Who was singing?" Maria (Crimsan) stared at Lauren before looking at Oliver (Melinko) and Pierre. Lauren mouthed 'No' at Maria, whose hand went in the air.

"It was me-"

Oliver Hymun and Maria Makara both looked at the ringmaster. Maria narrowed her eyes at Oliver, who shakily raised his hand. "I sang." He said, voice wavering. Maria gritted her teeth. He didn't need to mess up his back anymore. Maria shivered, and slipped her hand through the bars to grasp his hand. Oliver looked at Maria, and gave a scared smile. He looked back at the ringmaster and quivered.

His head shot up and he instantly regretted it as he hit the bars of his cage with a sickening bang. "S-Sir, please-I'll take the punishment. You-You can do whatever punishment you were going to do to them to me-you can even do.. worse-" Teddy instantly started, voice and body trembling. He didn't want the kids to get hurt-not after what he did to Pierre.
