It would appear there is a bug with the notification from the daycare man stating that the user's balance has run out. Just the other day I failed to receive this notification, and other people have failed to receive it as well. In a previous forum post I made for a related game suggestion, the moderator CatLady confirmed this glitch. I hope it can be fixed soon, thanks :)
