Rock ran ahead of the river and started to shovel rocks out of the ground to block off the river flow.

Rock starred down to see Duo jump in and go to save Draco, so Rock worked double time to throw rocks into a blockade.

(The main cast has met up, and Duo is underwater trying to save Draco while Rock builds a dam to stop the river flow....)

(After being assigned to head North, the group was told to make final preparations before doing so. Along the way, Rock fell into a river and began floating down, and in an attempt to save him, Draco fell in, and in an attempt to save him, Duo jumped in...)

Edge was walking alongside the river,watching the crystaline water...It sucked.
Then,as he was minding his own bussiness, he saw a group of pokemon,it seemed as if one of them was drowning.
Curious about how this was going to end, he decided to go nearer the group of pokemon

Rock kept chucking boulders into the water till a full blockade was made stopping the rushing river.

Rock ran past the Phantow as he ran, over to help drag Draco out of the water. He then looked into the water, waiting for Duo to come up.

Duo was quickly running out of air, but since plenty of weight meant plenty of traction, Duo could get up out of the water much easier than he expected, though climbing up the wall was hard.

He was coughing. "Oh no...We're gonna be late for our trip!" He began to dart off, nervous that he would miss what he'd been waiting for his whole life.

Rock quickly charge after Duo and started to burrow underground.

Rock forced his way into a tunnel as he shoved his way towards the town.

Duo eventually got home, and in a rush, began to pack his bag. He forgot quite a few things, but got most of the basics, like food, water, and a tent, so he was fine. He put the bag in between two of his metal spikes and began to nervously dash back towards the assembly hall, hoping that his slow body could make it in time.

Rock went back to his burrow and grabbed the little things he owned, that being a small cloth sack with some berries.

Rock then tunneled back towards the hall jumping from out of the ground next to Duo and continuing to run with the spider.

Unfortunately, when the two of them had reached the assembly, everyone was gone. They had already left to find their new guardian. With all of the anger filling up in his body, Duo slammed one of his front legs into the ground, angry that he could have let that happen. If he had been quicker...

"Wait a minute." He had an idea. "Kid, why don't you and I form a search party of our own? We can take in any lost travelers instead of people from the town. That way, not only will we get to accomplish my dream, but we can also save others and help our village grow!"

Rock jumped at the slamming of Duo's foot into the ground and starred at him.
When Duo brought up the search party idea, Rock looked down and thought about it.
Rock turned and nodded at Duo, along with giving him a small oink.

Rock contemplated the idea. He did have a place he wanted to go but last time he went a scary lizard chased him.
Rock oinked at Duo and pointed in the southwest direction, towards a large mountain.
"Dodo!" Rock said as he started of towards the mountain, the mispronounced version of Duo being one of the few things rock could say.

The fact that Rock had spoken completely went through his head, since everyone he had ever spoken to spoke back to him otherwise. "Alright, to the mountains it is." Not too bad of an idea to search in the mountains, since a good village up there is nonexistent and there are only really dungeons there. Either way, he was fine. But there was one problem.

"Wait, kid...have you ever been to a dungeon before?"

Lightning was flying slowly, looking around. She was one of the Pokemon that was assigned to go north. She had packed a few important things, but not that much. "Well, this is going to be a long journey.." She said quietly.

Duo saw the same bird Pokemon that was attacked by the dragon Pokemon in the distance. "Hey! Are you going on the trip, too?" He was hoping they would say 'yes' so they would be forced to travel together, but would be fine if it was just him and the pig.
