"Have you ever had a secret you're not suppose to tell, but you
feel you really should? I think if I told someone I may be able to
save a life... but Galaxy would be forced out of her little
sanctuary here. I don't know if I can do that to her..." Spirit
says softly.
"No need to shout." Soul says, trotting up to him. "A lot of us
have very sensative hearing. Luna probably heard you from a block
away."
"Oh, uh...yeah. Nice to meet you. Alexander. So aliens and humans.
I must have missed a few things. I was at a cafe, I had pie, I got
outside, and fainted outside...and I woke up here." Alexander
sighed sadly.
"I can't explain that. I deal with the future, not the past, that's
my sister's job. But I have to warn you, if you aren't one of the
humans that was told to come here... well, Luna likes the taste of
human flesh..."
Kevin got up shakily, "Hello. Sorry, I passed out again. My name is
Kevin. Thank you for inviting me here. I am looking forward to
getting along with the many other species in our universe.
Hopefully we'll be a bridge for generations to come."
"Don't be, she would have reduced you to bones. Then Marrow would
have eaten those." Soul replies. "In a matter of minutes, of
course. But you're one of the humans, and she wouldn't dare go
against Amby's word."
"Now I..." her voice trails off and her ears prick, as if she's
listening to another person. She curses in her language and takes
off down the hall as fast as she can. A small cat-like figure with
black fur dashes after her, even faster, narrowing avoiding Kevin.
Lucia made a puzzled face, blinking in confusion. "W-what..?" She
asks aloud, though she doesn't move from her spot. "Bye." She
mumbled, and raises her eyebrows at the streak of black fur that
passes. "Everything a mystery." She muttered.
The black cat stops for a second and glances back. "Don't let the
bunny intimidate you. She's all bark, no bite. At least, not when
the sun is out." He says before dashing off again.
