She shook her head really fast and snapped out of the daze, she tried to back up but there was no place to go. She was shaking because she was scared. She didn't like other people.

These guys were in tribes too? Spec hadn't meant to eavesdrop, but it was hard not to.

"I accidentally burned half of my village down. Then they hated me" she said. She jumped onto the tree and climbed into her house for a minute. She lit a candle and jumped back down with it.

Spec took a shortcut emerged from a bush next to the others. "Sorry, I couldn't help myself." She grinned.
