"You flatter me, Nero," Heather smiled back at her. "She's a forest-dweller though. A peasant of the city. I'm afraid the Plusle and her friend won't last long here," Heather worried slightly.

Plus was running faster than she had ever in her life, reaching Mel quicker than she usually did in the forest. "Mel, I found a better place. Let's go," Plus said, pulling on her friend's ear again.

"I have to agree with that Heather.They won't last long at all.Though we may be able to help them make it."Nero answers while looking down at the ground."There is more then enough room at our place in the shelter.Surely we can help them out."

Mel opens her eyes."W..What?"She asked before hearing what Plus was saying."A..Alright."She mutters and sits up.Her eyes were slightly glazed over due to the pain coming from her shoulder."Can I s..sleep when we get t..there?"

"I guess we can help them out," Heather said and looked into the sky, watching the pellets of frozen water fall.

"Do whatever you want, but don't freeze," Plus said and helped Mel get out. She started walking slowly to Nero and Heather, trying not to hurt Mel.

Nero looked up at the crunch of snow.Her eyes widen when she took in the state of the Minun's shoulder.She quickly hops over to the duo."What happened?"She asks while gently touching Mel's shoulder.

Mel shivered slightly and whimpered at Nero's cold paws on the inflame skin around her wound.

"She was injured by something but I don't know what," Plus said, looking down. "Anyway, could you two show us the shelter?" Plus asked.

"Of course, follow me," Heather said and started running fast to another alleyway. She took a right and went into a vent of what seemed to be apart of an abandoned bookstore. She waited in the vent for Nero to follow along with Mel and Plus.

"I'm Plus, this Minun here is Mel," Plus introduced herself and pointed at Mel. "Where are you two from?" Plus asked Nero, mostly wondering about Heather and why she acts like a queen.

Nero shrugged."We are bit of nomads you may say.We travel around searching for interesting places and peoples."She answered."I came from Lumios City in Kalos though and met up with Heather shortly after."

"Huh. Mel and I are from the Forest near here. We took one of those...t-tranes," Plus said, trying to pronounce "train".

"Anyway is that the shelter?" Plus asked Nero, unaware that Heather was already there. Heather went into the abandoned bookstore through the vent, waiting for Nero and the two to get in.

"Yep,yep.I wonder if Heather already slipped in.Oh well.Be careful going into the vent here.We don't want to hurt Mel anymore then we have to."Nero said while holding the vent open for the duo.Mel stumbled slightly and fell heavily on Plus.

"Agh! When did you get so heavy, Mel?" Plus joked. She managed to carry Mel and brought her inside the vent, walking through and going inside the abandoned bookstore. "Wow, this place is really warm," Plus was breathtaken by the small lights that lit up the bookstore.

"Welcome to our shelter," Heather said. She ran to an empty bookshelf and ripped out a few pages from old books, making a bed out of them for the two.

Nero slipped in behind the duo."Heath do you have any heal potions?Mel is gonna need it."She yells out.Mel opens her eyes slightly."I..I'm okay.Can still protect."She mutters before her eyes close again.

"I think I still do," Heather went up another shelf on the same bookshelf, going up to her bed. She searched around in a pile and pulled out a small container of a heal potion. "Here, Nero," Heather went down and gave Nero the potion before going back to make more beds.

Plus sat Mel down onto one of the beds that Heather arranged. "Don't worry, Mel. This won't hurt that much," Plus assured her. Heather continued to work while the other two were working on healing Mel.

Nero shook her head at the lie.Even from a distance you could see infection starting to set in."On the count of three."She says before waiting a second."Three."She says and pours the healing potion on the wound causing Mel's eyes to pop open.Her back arched slightly off the bed and tears came to her eyes.She let out a loud yelp."I know I know.After a few days you will feel better."Nero mutters soothingly.

"I'm finished arranging everything!" Heather sighed and went back to Nero. "You two should rest. Today's been a long day," Heather said, bringing Plus to a bed. Plus laid down in a bed and rested. "The Minun should rest too," Heather said.

Mel had passed out shortly after Nero finished pouring the healing potion on her."I think Mel beat Plus here when it comes to falling asleep."Nero says jokingly.She got up and grabbed Heather's hands."Come on you need sleep to my queen.I think we all may need sleep."

Nero smiles sadly at Heather and waits till she is asleep before climbing up and pressing a kiss on her forehead."Don't worry my queen.I am sure they are all right.They are strong after all."She whispers before climbing into her own bed which was a shelf below Heather's.
