The two travelled to the city with great excitement yet
fear of what lied ahead. It had been their first year away from the
forest they both lived in, so the city was almost like a new
environment. With high hopes though, they prepared themselves for
the adventure ahead and looked at the large subway train that had
stopped in it's tracks right in front of them.
Nickname: Plus

'hyper.' She gets distracted easily and is a bit clumsy. She hopes
to make friends in the city and bring happiness along to it.

- Wears a dark red bandana
Nickname: Mel
Plusle or Minun?: Minun
Gender: Female
Shiny or no?: Nope
Personality: Mel is very pessimistic but also protective. She sees
Plus as someone close to her but is not sure how close as of
yet.
Other: She wears a purple bow on her head.
"Mel! Hurry up or else we'll be late!" Plus cried, trying her best
to stand on two legs like humans did. It was almost time to go to
what humans called "train" and go to the city. Going to the city
was everything to Plus every since she heard about it. Plus quickly
packed up food and bandages for the trip into a bag. She tied
around her neck so it would look what humans wore when travelling.
Was it called "dackback?" She didn't know really but she was too
excited to recall how it was pronounced.
"I'm coming Plus."Mel yelled back while fixing her bow.She huffed
slightly as she couldn't get it to do what she wanted before she
gave up and just left it how it was.Unlike her friend she was able
to comfortably walk on two legs like a human. She quickly left the
bathroom and walked up behind Plus."Ya called?"She drawled her eyes
somewhat lidded.
"We're going now!" Plus cheered as she threw Mel's bag to her and
charged out of the house on all fours. She wouldn't dare to be
late, as she would have to wait forever for the train to come back.
"Hurry up, Mel!" Plus yelled to Mel who was still in the house
probably.
Mel rolled her eyes at her friend before somewhat running outside
of the house."I'm sure the city will still be there if we are a
minute late."She mumbles to herself while turning around and
locking the door to their house. She then turns back and follows
Plus at a sedate pace. There is no use rushing life, after
all,it'll kill us e..ev..event..eventually.She thinks to
herself while stuttering over the longer word she had just learned.
With enough running, Plus made it to the stop where the train
stopped. "Mel, we're early enough!" Plus yelled to her, smiling.
"We'll get to encounter the moving train! Imagine it stopping right
here for us!" Plus cheered without realizing the humans that were
approaching the stop she was on too.
Mel hissed at the humans that came to close. These poor sods
don't realize how easily Plus and me can kill them."You says
somethin Plus?"She asks not catching what Plus said.
"The train! The train, the train, the train," Plus repeated until
she heard a loud noise coming towards the stop. "The train!" Plus
yelled over the loud noise until the train arrived. "Mel, we have
to go!" Plus told her and ran into the train with the humans,
waiting for Mel to enter.
Mel followed after Plus. She yipped a bit as the door nearly shut on
her tail. She stood beside Plus looking around at the humans."So
what the first thin we are doing when we get to the city Plus?"she
asks just wanting something to talk about.Yes she was excited to go
to the city but not on the same level as Plus.
"We're going to...we're going
to..." Plus started wondering. She actually didn't really
plan anything other than exploring the place. "We're going to find
a place to stay first!" Plus cheered.
Mel gave a small smile at Plus happiness. It was one a the few times
she aloud herself to smile. She quickly stopped smiling though and
started talking."Sounds like a plan Plus."She sits down next to her
friend and closes her eyes.Should take them about a hour to get to
the city.
Plus closed her eyes too and waited for the train to arrive at the
city.
She was quickly shocked out of her sleep when a whistle pierced the
peaceful environment around them. "Mel, Mel! Wake up! We're here!"
Plus shook Mel violently.
"Look! We're almost at the city!" Plus pointed at the window,
looking at the many other humans outside the train. Suddenly, the
door opened, giving an opening to the city. "Mel, let's go!" Plus
cheered and grabbed Mel's hand quickly, dragging her out.
"Wait Plus your gonna make me--"Mel starts to say before tripping
and faceplanting into the floor."trip."She sighs and gets up while
rubbing at her nose.Wha do they make these floors out of?She
thinks to herself while trying to keep up with Plus' fast pace.
"Sorry, Mel!" Plus apologized while she continued running. That was
until she bumped into something though. A large figure stood above
her, looking much like a feline, especially a sly one. "Hello,
small one," the feline purred. This feline was a Liepard, and it
was unknown if she was looking for a meal or a friend.
Mel's eyes automattically narrowed.I don't trust thisa
one.She thinks to herself before growling low in her
throat. If thisa one tries anything I will gladly send her to the
R..Re..Reverse Realm.
"Your friend over there seems to be...aware of me," the Liepard
looked offended but smiled as if joking. "Anyway, i'm Spots. Nice
to meet cha," the Liepard introduced herself. "You girls don't look
like you're from here. Where ya come from?" the Liepard looked at
them surprised. "The forest! You know, the one over ther-" Plus
said but then realized...where was the forest?
Mel stops growling and looks over at Plus."We won't be able to see
home from here.We are to far away."She then looks back at
Spots."You are right,we are not from here."She keeps her voice
nuetral and even. For some odd reason this Liepard set her on edge.
