Petilil nodded, before getting ready to battle alongside Eevee. Autumn looked closer at the Espurr. It seemed to be flaunting something about it... it was a shiny!" Autumn gasped. She didn't want to be too loud, in fear of scaring it away. "Eevee, quick attack!" Autumn demanded.

Autumn then threw her only great ball.

Gotcha! Espurr was caught!

"great job, Eevee!" Autumn said, jumping for joy, and putting it back in it's pokeball. "Venus! I caught a shiny Espurr!" Autumn cheered.

Benny looked over at Venus, sitting a few paces away from him. He sighed, his anger dying. "Come on Autumn! You can do this!" He shouted as he got up and sat down beside Venus. He got up and began umping up and down with excitement when Autumn caught it.

(Autumn,Benny, and Venus are on Route 6.Riko is at a cafe in Luiose and Riko's starter is in not so good condition after a run in with a stronger trainer.)

Venus looked on in surprise."Well what do you know.Must be your lucky day."She said smiling softly.She ignored that Benny had came over and sat by her.She wouldn't admit it but it hurt her to have Benny snap at her.

Riko arrived at the Cafe that was said to be very comfortable to be in. They were right about it being comfortable and amusing. The Chimecho looking chimes rang softly and the Fletchlings sang their song. That's when she took a newspaper from the shelf.


High-Level Trainer Attacks a Beginner!

This young trainer had just started her journey until a high-level trainer came at her. The two participated in a battle not knowing the other's strength, leading to the destruction of the Beginner's Pokemon and a heavily wounded Sni-



Riko put the newspaper back once she read the word Snivy. She sat back down at her table and continued drinking a nice cup of Roserade Tea, transported from Alola. Thinking about Heather hurt so much.

Autumn quickly released the shiny Espurr. Her and Petilil jumped and talked with he pokemon, who was more then proud of her rarity. "I guess!" Autumn said happily, her heart pounding. "Hey, do you have a satchel? Like, the item?" Autumn asked suddenly.

At this point Drake is almost giving up. "Red Absol, I'm getting real tired of your games." He said, sitting on a rock looking at the grass. A patch of grass shakes, and a something red pops up. "Huh?" He said, slowly creeping towards the spot. As he gets closer, the red thing grows larger and larger until right before him, is a red Absol.


Drake's Absol counter:30 Normal, 1 Red.

Riko was about to leave until a tall man entered the cafe. Lysandre, she automatically thought. Turns out he was the legendary Lysandre, maker of the Holo Caster. Unaware of it, the man went up to her and greeted.

"Hello there, may I sit here?" he asked politely.

"Of course," Riko said on instinct.

The two were silent until Lysandre ordered something and decided to speak up.

"You're the trainer who was defeated, correct?" Lysandre questioned.

"You know the answer to that already," Riko spat, unaware of why she was rude.

"I would like to talk to you about that trainer,"

"He was an idiot to continue battling a challenger when the first pokemon she sent out was a Flabebe,"

"Oh yes, I know,"

Riko was confused as to why he agreed.
